These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FreePhoneSpy website and service. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using FreePhoneSpy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FreePhoneSpy is a tool for lawful monitoring only. You may use it to monitor devices that you own, devices used by your minor children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, and, where the law permits, employees or other adults who have given their informed, prior consent.
You agree that you will not use FreePhoneSpy to monitor any person unlawfully, including any adult without their knowledge and consent where such consent is required by law. You must not use the service to stalk, harass, intimidate or unlawfully surveil anyone. Installing monitoring software on a device you do not own or do not have lawful authority over may be a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of FreePhoneSpy is lawful in your country and for any consequences of misuse. We require compliance with all applicable laws as a condition of using the service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used unlawfully.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure, for the activity that takes place under your account, and for obtaining any consent the law requires before monitoring a device. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for its intended, lawful purpose.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FreePhoneSpy for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
Paid plans are billed for the term you choose. Where a plan renews automatically, the renewal terms are shown before you purchase, and you can manage or cancel renewal from your account. Prices and features may change, and any changes will apply to future billing periods.
If FreePhoneSpy does not work on your device, please contact our support team first, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Where a problem cannot be resolved, refunds are handled in line with our refund approach as described at the point of sale and by our support team. Refunds are not provided for misuse or for change of mind outside any stated window.
We work to keep FreePhoneSpy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Feature availability can depend on the device, its operating system and the apps in use, and we are honest about these limits. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will capture all activity on a device, as this depends on factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreePhoneSpy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any misuse of the service by you or others. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including any unlawful use, or where we are required to do so by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
