Please note: This page is a general template provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Laws differ by country and region. You should consult a qualified lawyer to ensure your own use of FreePhoneSpy, and any policies you rely on, comply with the rules that apply to you.
By creating an account or using FreePhoneSpy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FreePhoneSpy is provided strictly for lawful, consent-based monitoring. You may use it only to: (a) monitor your own minor children as their parent or legal guardian; or (b) monitor devices owned by your organisation where the user has been informed and any required consent has been obtained. You must not use FreePhoneSpy to monitor any other person, including another adult, without the legal right and consent required where you live. Installing monitoring software on a device you do not own, or tracking someone without lawful authority, may be a criminal offence. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is legal.
You may not use the service to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone; to monitor a partner, ex-partner or any adult without their consent; to violate anyone's privacy unlawfully; or in any way that breaks applicable law. Sensitive features such as remote camera, ambient recording and call recording carry particular legal restrictions, and recording laws in particular vary widely — you must understand and follow the law that applies to you before using them. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being misused.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Paid plans are billed according to the terms shown at checkout. Plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel your plan from your dashboard. Any refund or guarantee terms are those stated at the time of purchase.
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as devices, operating systems and laws evolve; some features are limited on certain platforms (notably iOS) due to manufacturer restrictions.
The software, website and brand are owned by FreePhoneSpy or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement or be error-free, and we are not responsible for how you choose to use the data you collect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreePhoneSpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any use of the service that breaches these terms or the law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold FreePhoneSpy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, including any unlawful monitoring you carry out in breach of these terms.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, particularly the lawful-use requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
