Will I be charged automatically when my plan renews?

Plans renew automatically so your monitoring doesn't lapse, and you can turn off auto-renewal any time before the renewal date.

What's the difference between Premium and Business?

Premium is built for families with up to three devices. Business adds unlimited devices, bulk deployment, admin roles and SLA-backed support for managing company-owned hardware at scale.

Do I pay per feature?

No. Each plan includes its full feature set; you simply enable the ones you want. There are no per-feature add-on charges.

Is my billing information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely and we don't store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy.

Can businesses get an invoice?

Yes. Business customers can be invoiced and receive proper documentation for accounting. Contact us to arrange it.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you cancel, monitoring stops and your data is handled per our retention policy in the Privacy Policy. You can export records before cancelling.
